🔑 HOW TO ACTIVATE
1. Open the Steam client
2. Select “Games” → “Activate a Product on Steam…”
3. Enter the delivered key

To prevent disputes, we recommend starting a continuous screen recording BEFORE revealing the delivered key and continuing until the Steam activation process is complete.

The recording must clearly show:
1. The order page and order number
2. The moment the key is revealed and copied
3. The key being entered into Steam
4. The complete activation result or error message

The video must contain no pauses, cuts or edits. Do not publish the video or key publicly — send evidence only through the order chat.

If Steam displays an error, do not close the window. Contact the seller immediately and attach the video and a screenshot showing the complete error message.

↩️ REFUNDS
A refund for a correctly delivered digital key may not be possible after delivery because it cannot be verified whether the key has been copied or used.

If the key was invalid before your activation attempt, the claim will be reviewed individually using the continuous screen recording and supplier records.
