💰 REFUND POLICY

✅ Full refund — if the seller did not fulfill the terms of the deal,
fulfilled them only partially, or exceeded the stated completion time.
⚠️ Refund with a 20% fee — if initiated by the buyer (change of mind, incorrect product, unread instructions, wrong platform, lost account access, account ban, etc.), as well as in case of technical issues beyond the seller’s control, provided the item has not yet been delivered to the account.
⚠️ Refund with a 15% fee — if the purchase date coincides with the removal of the bundle from the Fortnite store, or if the order was placed outside working hours before its removal, making completion impossible.
