To activate, you will need to provide the seller with your Microsoft account login information (username and password) and a security code, if required. After activation, the currency can be installed in any region, including Russia. After payment, you will receive a UNIQUE CODE, which you must provide to the seller in the "Correspondence with the seller" section.
