About the product
Region: USA
The activation code is delivered automatically right after payment.
How to order:
1. Choose the amount and pay.
2. Get the activation code.
3. Redeem the code in your account — the account region must match the card region.
How to redeem:
1. Go to www.ea.com/redeem.
2. Sign in to your EA Account.
3. Enter the gift card code and confirm the redemption.
Options: 15 USD, 25 USD
⚠️ Activation region: USA. You need an EA account with region USA and to sign in from that country (an IP address of the card's country): EA checks the country the code is redeemed from. If asked for a ZIP code, enter one of that country (for the USA, e.g. 10001). The error "this code is not valid in your current country" means you are not signed in from the card's country — the code is not faulty, and no refund is made for this reason.
🚫 NO REFUND if:
— you chose the wrong account region or platform;
— the code was redeemed on an unsuitable account;
— the code has already been delivered and you changed your mind.
📹 You MUST record a screen video of the whole process: from payment until the item is credited (for a code — until it is redeemed). Without a video of the whole process claims are not considered and no refund is made.
❗️ REGION CHECK: your account country must match the product region — USA.
