2️⃣If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account - a code from your email, SMS, or login confirmation.

🟢If an order is cancelled due to our fault, a 100% refund will be issued.
🔵If an order is cancelled at the buyer's request (mistaken purchase, change of mind, etc.), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction.
🔴 Refunds for services already rendered/orders already completed are not available. Digital keys (activation codes) purchased by mistake (due to buyer carelessness) are also not eligible for exchange or return.
