🚀 HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR KEY

❗ Please follow these steps carefully to avoid errors.

1️⃣ Where to enter the key:
Enter the key only inside the ESET program interface (in the activation/registration section of the antivirus).

❌ Do NOT use:

ESET website activation

ESET Home personal account

These methods are not supported for this type of license and will cause activation errors.

3️⃣ Do not reuse multiple times:
Avoid entering the key repeatedly in short intervals.
If the same key is activated too many times, the system may temporarily block it with the error "activation limit exceeded".

📝 LICENSE FEATURES

🔹 Promo / pre-registered keys:
These are promotional keys that are already registered on the vendor’s side. Linking them to your personal ESET Home account is not required and not possible.

🔹 License period:
The actual expiration date may differ by a few days. This is normal for pre-registered promotional licenses.

🔹 One key – one subscription:
You purchase one key that grants access to the paid subscription for the specified number of devices (in this case, 1 PC).
For stable operation (updates and protection), the system may require the computer name. This helps avoid activation resets and update issues.

⚠️ If the computer name is not set correctly or you constantly re-enter the key, the program may behave unpredictably (reset activation, fail to update, etc.).

Official support for these systems has been discontinued by ESET.

🛠 Possible activation errors:
If you see errors like ACT.0 or 20002 during installation or activation, this is usually related to temporary issues reaching ESET’s activation servers.
✅ Simply wait a bit and try again in 10–20 minutes. In most cases, activation will succeed after several attempts.
