⚠️ Install the eSIM before you fly
Installing needs internet – Wi-Fi or another SIM – and the arrival airport may have none. The plan's term runs from the moment the eSIM activates, not from purchase, so install it the day before you travel, not earlier.

Check before buying:
- your phone supports eSIM (iPhone XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung S20 or newer),
- your phone is not carrier-locked.

ℹ️ What matters
- Coverage is the 33 European countries listed above only. Outside that this eSIM gives no data.
- Data only: calls, SMS and a phone number are not part of the plan. Bank confirmation codes will not arrive on this line.
- An eSIM installs once, on one device, and cannot be moved to another phone.

If the eSIM does not work, message us in the GGSel order chat. We answer within 12 hours and sort it out. On a technical failure we replace the eSIM. If the eSIM was never installed and no data was used, we refund.
