📱 Device requirements
Your smartphone must support eSIM (iPhone XS and newer, most Android models from 2020 and later, as well as Samsung Galaxy S20+).

🕐 Activation feature in Russia
After activation within Russia, there is a 24-hour "cooling-off period" for foreign SIM cards — this is a requirement of local legislation, not a flaw of the eSIM. I can provide instructions on how to complete quick verification and bypass this restriction.

🚫 Geographic restrictions
The SIM card does NOT work in Crimea or the newly annexed territories.

⚠️ Problematic regions
Possible service disruptions in Rostov and Kursk regions.

⚠️ Operator "whitelists"
In regions where local operators use "whitelists," eSIM technically cannot interact with them. This is a restriction at the level of Russian telecom providers — it depends neither on you, nor on me, nor on Free Mobile.

🔄 Automatic tariff change by the operator
If you actively use the unlimited tariff for several consecutive months, Free Mobile reserves the right to automatically switch your number to the 35 GB plan for €19.99/month. This is the French operator's standard policy to prevent permanent SIM card use in roaming.

🔁 Refund policy
Once I have sent the QR code and provided access to the personal account, a refund is not possible — the product is considered delivered to the buyer.
