2️⃣ In the menu that opens, select the character information section.
3️⃣ Your User ID (usually a set of numbers) will be listed there.
⏱️ Support Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow Time.
❗ Support only responds during business hours, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Refunds. Refunds are not possible after Rainbow Cards have been sent. If an incorrect User ID was entered and the balance was topped up, a refund is not possible.
If you canceled our service before topping up, a refund will be issued minus the fee.
