🔹 It is recommended to remove all 2FA (two-factor authentication) methods before placing your order — this will speed up processing.
🔹 Complete payment using your preferred method.
🔴 Immediately after payment, write the word “ORDER” in the chat with the seller.
🕓 Wait for the seller’s response.

💰 REFUND POLICY
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ Full refund — if the seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction, has fulfilled them only partially, or has exceeded the agreed order completion time.
⚠️ Refund with a 25% fee deduction — at the buyer’s initiative (change of mind, incorrect item, unread instructions or description, incompatible platform, lost access to the account, or account ban), as well as in cases of technical issues beyond the seller’s control or forced delays in order completion due to account or server problems. A refund is only possible if the product has not yet been delivered to the account.
⚠️ Refund with a 20% fee deduction — if the purchase date coincides with the removal of the item from the Fortnite Store, or if the order was placed outside working hours immediately before the item’s removal, making fulfillment impossible.
✱ Once the product has been delivered to the account, a refund is not possible.
