📦 Bundles cannot be gifted if you already own any of the items included in them.

👥 You must be friends with the sending account for at least 48 hours before a gift can be delivered.

🔐 The usernames of our sending accounts will only be provided after your payment has been completed.

🚀 HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

🟣 STEP 01 — Choose Your Items

Find the item you want in the Fortnite Item Shop. When placing your order, enter your Epic Games username and the item’s price in V-Bucks. If you’re purchasing multiple items, provide their total price.

🟣 STEP 02 — Complete Payment

Proceed with your purchase using any of the available payment methods.

🟣 STEP 03 — Add Our Accounts

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed instructions containing the Epic Games usernames you need to add to your friends list.

🟣 STEP 04 — Receive Your Gifts

After the required waiting period has passed and gifting becomes available, your selected items will be sent directly to your Fortnite account.

💳 REFUND POLICY

🟢 FULL REFUND — 100%

You will receive a complete refund if the seller fails to fulfill their obligations.

This includes situations where your order is not completed, only part of your purchase is delivered, or the seller fails to meet the agreed delivery timeframe.

🟡 PARTIAL REFUND — 75%

In certain situations, a 25% service fee will be deducted from the original payment, meaning 75% of the purchase amount will be refunded.

This policy applies when:

▫️ The customer decides to cancel the purchase.
▫️ An incorrect or unsuitable item was selected.
▫️ The buyer failed to carefully read the product description, terms, or instructions.
▫️ The wrong gaming platform was selected.
▫️ The recipient’s account becomes inaccessible, restricted, or banned.
▫️ Technical issues beyond the seller’s control prevent the order from being completed.
▫️ Delivery is delayed due to Fortnite server problems or issues related to the recipient’s account.

📌 IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION

Refund requests can only be submitted before the purchased items have been successfully delivered.

Once a gift has been delivered to the recipient’s Fortnite account, the transaction is considered final, and refunds are no longer available.
