💰 REFUND TERMS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

✅ Full refund — if the order was not completed due to the seller’s fault, was completed only partially, or the established delivery time was exceeded.

⚠️ Refund with a 20% deduction — if the buyer changed their mind, did not read the description or instructions, entered the wrong item, selected an unsuitable platform, lost access to the account, received an account ban, or if technical issues occurred that were not the seller’s fault.

A refund is only possible if the item has not yet been delivered to the account.

❌ After the gift has been delivered to the account, refunds are not possible.
