💡 If you purchase a bundle and you already own one of its items, it is not possible to gift the bundle — only each item separately.
💡 You can receive up to three items per account per day. If you order more, the remaining items will be sent after 24 hours.
🔵 Delivery process:
1️⃣ Specify the price of the item in V-Bucks and your nickname.
2️⃣ In the order chat, specify which in-game item you need and attach screenshots or photos.
3️⃣ After payment, you will receive instructions with further steps.
4️⃣ AFTER adding us as friends, please wait 48 hours (if you have not previously been added to one of our accounts).
5️⃣ 48 hours after the friend request is accepted, we will send you the gift, in order of the queue.
💡 All gifts are sent in order of the queue.
💡 We accept friend requests and send items twice a day: at 12:00 and 20:00 Moscow time. No exceptions. The time may gradually shift.
💡 Please note: if you want to purchase an item that will disappear less than 72 hours after being added as a friend, we will not be able to deliver it.
💡 We do not provide Battle Pass purchases.
💡 After major game updates, the servers may be unavailable for a prolonged period. During this time, sending gifts is not possible.
⏱️ Store working hours: from 10:00 to 22:00 (MSK).
❗ Support responds and sends items only during working hours.
❗ Refunds: If the item has not been sent and the client refuses the purchase, a partial refund is issued (25% is withheld). In all other cases, NO REFUNDS.
❗ A partial refund with a 25% deduction is issued if the item disappears after the waiting period and cannot be sent. Please be careful when choosing an item in the game.
