🔸Why add ALL nicknames?
🔹You can give no more than 5 gifts per day from one account (we have significantly more buyers).

🔸What nickname should I specify to send a gift (I have a different one on different platforms)?
🔹Specify the nickname that is displayed in your game above the character (the main one).

🔸After what time can you send a gift?
🔹You need to wait 2 days after being accepted as a friend (but this is only required the first time).

🔸For which game platforms can I order gifts?
🔹Items sent as a gift will be available on any platform without exception (make sure that the "receiving gifts" option is enabled in the game settings).

🔸Can I order skins that are not currently in the item shop?
🔹No. You can only send current items from the Fortnite shop.

🔸If I am not in the game or log in after a while, will my gift disappear?
🔹No, the gift will not disappear. You will receive it even if you log in after a long period of time.

🔸Why can't I order packs that were partially purchased on my account, since mine is cheaper?
🔹Because when sending, we will get an error "partial ownership", and we will not be able to gift it. The rest of the pack can be sent as individual items (if you have them). In other cases, only an independent purchase for V-Bucks, which must be on your account.

🔸Can you send me the V-Bucks themselves (not the items) as a gift?

🔸Can I return the funds for the received V-Bucks gifts to my account?
🔹No. Gifts are not refundable. You can only return the items you purchased yourself.

🔸Can I buy a pass by specifying the amount of V-Bucks?

🔸Can I buy multiple items at once with one payment?
🔹You can buy from 100 to 13,500 V-Bucks in total in one purchase.

🔸What happens if I specified the wrong name of the item, specified it in another language, with a typo or error?
🔹If you made a mistake, typo or something else, we will definitely contact you and clarify the information.


💰Refunds are possible:

- the entire amount if the seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full, as well as if the seller exceeds the order fulfillment deadlines;

- with a 25% commission deduction, at the initiative of the buyer (wrong product, unread instructions or product description, lost access to the account or its blocking, change of purchase decision), only if the product has NOT yet been delivered to the account;

✱After the product is delivered to the buyer's account, no refunds are made.


🚚The average order fulfillment time is from 10 minutes to 24 hours, provided that all previous points of the instructions are followed (the time for accepting applications and sending gifts are specified in the full instructions provided after payment for the goods).
