DELIVERY
1. Select the exact option and pay.
2. Open the delivery link in your paid GGsel order to obtain your code.
3. Redeem the delivered product in the corresponding service on your own account, following the selected region and the service instructions.

REFUND TERMS
• If the product is not delivered or the service is not completed due to our fault, you receive a 100% refund. Confirmed defects or a mismatch with the description qualify for a 100% refund.
• If you made a purchasing mistake or changed your mind before delivery / completion, and the order can still be cancelled, the refund is 80%; a 20% deduction applies to that cancellation.
• Once a working code / link has been issued or the service correctly completed, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Claims about defects or a mismatch with the description are still reviewed after delivery.
• Contact us through your order correspondence and include an explanation, the error text or a screenshot. These terms are subject to GGsel's mandatory rules.
