DELIVERY TIME
Working hours: every day from 08:00 to 00:00 (UTC+3, Moscow time). Within working hours delivery usually takes 5–15 minutes after you send your UID. Orders placed at night are processed in the morning — I message you as soon as I start working on the order.

WHAT I WILL NEVER ASK FOR
Your login, password, email code, two-factor authentication code or mailbox access. I do not need to enter your account — the top-up is performed by UID. If anyone on any marketplace asks for your password in order to top up your account, that person is a scammer, no matter how many reviews they have.

ABOUT THE BONUS CRYSTALS
The bonus above the face value is granted by the game itself and depends on your purchase history, not on the seller. Open the Genesis Crystals shop in game and check whether the double bonus mark is shown on the package. I cannot influence this and cannot see your purchase history in advance, so I do not promise the double bonus — but I also cannot manipulate it, the game calculates everything.

WARRANTY
I deliver the exact amount stated in the listing. If the top-up is not completed for any reason on my side, I issue a full refund myself, without disputes. I stay in contact until the order is closed.

REFUND POLICY
A full refund is issued if the order has not been delivered yet. Once the crystals have been credited to your account, the product has been delivered and a refund is no longer possible — this is the standard rule for digital goods. Please double-check your UID before sending it: crystals are credited to the exact UID you provide, and they cannot be recovered from someone else's account by me or by game support.
