To complete the activation, you will need to provide the seller with your Microsoft account login details (username and password) and a security code if required. Once activated, the game or add-on can be installed in any region, including Russia. Two purchase options are available for your profile:
If your profile region is Argentina or Turkey (please note: simply changing your profile setting from, say, Russia to Turkey or Argentina does not actually change your region), check for regional restrictions on your profile before purchasing.

2) Add the item to your cart and open the cart; wait 10–20 seconds. If a yellow banner indicating the region does not appear, we can purchase the item directly for your profile.
3) If the purchase cannot be completed on your profile, you will be offered two choices: pay the difference to purchase the item specifically for your profile, or pay a fee for us to create a new profile for you and provide the login details (you do not need a separate profile for every game or add-on; you can create one and activate everything on it).
4) If you purchase without reading the description, a 30% refund fee applies.

Activation is possible for any profile region, including Russia.
Average fulfillment time: 15 to 150 minutes (maximum 12 hours), depending on the queue (usually within an hour). If you make a purchase at night, we will activate it the following day!
