3. After payment, send the following information in the order chat:
• PSN account login (email);
• Password;
• Two unused two-step verification backup codes.
4. Wait for a message from the manager. After completing the purchase, we will sign out of your account and notify you of order completion.

⏳ Order Fulfillment

• Average fulfillment time is 10-30 minutes after processing begins.
• In some cases, fulfillment may take up to 24 hours (for example, during heavy load on PlayStation services).
• Store hours: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM (UTC+3).
• Orders placed outside of business hours are processed at the beginning of the next business day.

💳 Refunds

• If an order is cancelled through no fault of the seller, a 20% refund will be issued.
• Refunds are not possible after the game has been successfully purchased on a PlayStation account.
• If the order cannot be fulfilled due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
