How the purchase process works:

1. Pay for the item.
2. After payment, you will receive a unique code; share it with the seller in a chat.
3. Share your HYTALE account login and password with the seller (the purchase is transferred to your account).
4. After delivery, check the item's availability.

If you did not read the description or accidentally paid, and the refund request is due to your error, a 20% deduction will be deducted from the refund amount. If the error is on our part, there will be no deductions (you will receive a full refund). ❗️❗️❗
❗Also, if you don't like the game/it's running poorly/it's showing low FPS/) or another reason for a return AFTER you've received the game in your account, a refund will not be issued, as we are not responsible for the technical condition of the game.
