📧 Email authentication won't interfere—you can leave it enabled.
🔑 If you logged in through Google/Discord/Epic Games and haven't set a Hytale password, be sure to create a separate password in your Hytale account settings. Otherwise, your order may not be processed.
🔐 SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS
If you don't want to specify your primary password:
➖ Set a temporary password specifically for placing your order;
➖ Change your password immediately after successfully receiving the game.
💳 HOW PAYMENT AND DELIVERY WORKS
➖ Select the desired edition (Standard / Supporter / Cursebroken).
➖ Enter your Hytale account login and password in the chat
(❗️ Not your Gmail / Discord / Epic account).
➖ If you previously logged in through Google / Discord / Epic,
first set a Hytale password, then use it to place your order.
➖ After paying and providing your login information, wait for the order to be processed.
ℹ️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW
➖ Processing speed depends primarily on Hytale's payment processing.
➖ Do not change your account information (email / password) while the order is being processed.
➖ Once a pre-order or delivery is completed, access is considered granted — returns are not possible (digital goods)
🔄 RETURN POLICY
We always strive to fulfill orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
In rare cases, fulfillment may not be possible for the following reasons:
➖ Incorrectly entered data;
➖ Failure to follow instructions (2FA enabled, missing Hytale password)
➖ Platform limitations or errors.
💰 If we can fulfill the order, but the customer decides to cancel, a partial refund will be issued, with an 18-21% commission deducted.
✅ If the inability to fulfill is due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
