Typically, if all information is correct, order processing takes no more than 10 minutes. If we do not respond immediately, it means the order was placed outside our working hours. In that case, we will process your order the next day. If there are issues on Hytale’s payment side, the order will be processed within 6 hours.
Working hours: 7:00 – 23:00 (MSK)
Refunds after placing an order are not possible. If you cancel your order/change your mind and no longer wish to purchase, we will refund only 80% of the amount.
