⚠️ ATTENTION!
After payment, be sure to send us a message in the chat, using the “Write to the seller” button.
1️⃣ Select the game edition (Standard Edition / Supporter, etc.)
2️⃣ Enter your Hytale account username and password in the appropriate fields
— If you log in through a third-party service, set a password for your Hytale account and send it to us.
3️⃣Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings (via the Authenticator app). Save your backup codes and send us any one of them — this will allow us to log into your account faster and complete your order. (This step is not mandatory; we can also log in using the code from your email.)
4️⃣ Completion time — up to 24 hours after payment. We will try to do it as quickly as possible.

⚠️ Refund policy:
📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller has not fulfilled the terms of the transaction or has not fulfilled them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller's fault.
📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the item but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. Any other reasons for return.
