We have already reported that Apple is currently conducting a mass review, so even regular accounts may be unexpectedly blocked.Your account has already been replaced with another one.

The purchase was made on September 18. If there were any issues with the accounts, they should have been reported on the first day of use.
After 22 days of usage, I can’t take responsibility, especially if the accounts were blocked due to Apple policy violations.
All accounts were delivered in working condition and verified before delivery.

The issue has already been resolved. The problem happened because the customer did not read the product description carefully — they chose the “Not active iCloud” product but expected an active iCloud account.
We guided the customer step by step, and they successfully activated iCloud themselves. However, the feedback has not yet been updated or removed.
