✨ Granello is a plugin from LimoSeries that combines three functions in a single instrument: a granular engine, a sampler, and a sequencer. It lets you take any audio sample and play with it in three different ways, switching between them with a single click. 🎛️
🎚️ The plugin has three modes, all of which operate on the same audio sample:
🔹 Hold. You lock the playback head position anywhere in the sample and manually “sculpt” a cloud of granules to shape the sound.
🔹 Step. A position sequencer, linked to the tempo of your track, opens. You draw a rhythmic pattern on the screen, start playback, and the pattern “comes to life,” moving along with the sample. ⚡
🔹 Keys. The sample is distributed across the entire keyboard: each key triggers a separate sound fragment, allowing you to play the sample as an independent instrument. 🎹
🎛️ All three modes are controlled by a single set of six granular parameters: space, chaos, length, grains, position, and tune. Each grain can be fine-tuned independently of the active mode, allowing you to seamlessly transition from a frozen sound to a rhythmic pattern or keyboard play without changing the basic settings.
