"IS Defense" is a game set in a politically fictional 2020, where ISIS's expansion has spiraled out of control. They have seized control of North Africa, spreading their genocidal vision of the world order. Heavily armed, massive in numbers, and ready for anything, the Islamic State begins an invasion of Europe, across the Mediterranean.

The player assumes the role of a NATO machine gun operator, tasked with defending the shores of Europe. Their mission is to eliminate as many invaders as possible before their ignominious death. To achieve this, they have at their disposal NATO support forces, their machine gun, and a rocket launcher. During this heroic defense, he gains the opportunity to improve his equipment, body, and army rank - which affects the effectiveness of the called support.
