BEFORE YOU BUY
The code is accepted only by an account with the region United Kingdom: PlayStation requires the voucher region to match the account region. An account of any other country will refuse the code, and this is not a faulty code.
The region is chosen when the account is created and can't be changed. How to check: on the PlayStation website, Account Management, Your Information, Residential Address — the country is at the bottom; in the PlayStation App, Settings, Account Information. A hint: prices in the PlayStation Store should be in pounds (£).
Funds can't be moved between accounts — redeem the code on the account you play on. For a child account the family manager redeems the code on their own account.

HOW TO REDEEM
PS5:
1. Open the PlayStation Store and press the triangle button.
2. "..." (More), Redeem Code.
3. Enter 12 characters, Redeem.
PS4:
1. Open the PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Redeem Codes, enter the code.
3. Continue, Confirm.
Browser:
1. Sign in to the PlayStation Store.
2. Select your profile at the top, Redeem Code.
3. Enter the code, Continue.
PlayStation App:
1. PS Store icon, menu, Redeem Code.
2. Enter the code, Continue.
The amount appears in the wallet right away.

IF THE CODE IS NOT ACCEPTED
1. Most often the account region is not United Kingdom — check as above.
2. Check all 12 characters. A 10-character code is a discount code, we don't sell those.
3. Sign out and back in, restart the console.
4. Still not working — write to us in the order chat and attach a screenshot of the error.
