ABOUT THE GAME:
The ANNIVERSARY EDITION includes a wealth of content released throughout the decade. It includes the base game, known and new Creation Club content, and all three official expansions: Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
Activation:
1. Download and install Steam http://steampowered.com/about (if not already installed);
2. Register a new account on Steam or go to an existing one;
