All three plans provide access to supported GLM models. Usage remains subject to the limits of the selected plan.

📦 ORDER & ACTIVATION

1. Select your plan and duration.
2. Complete payment through the marketplace.
3. Provide the Z.ai login details or login authorization required for activation.
4. Remain available if account verification is requested.
5. Receive activation confirmation and check your subscription status.

⏱ Activation is usually completed within 5–15 minutes during working hours, after payment verification and receipt of the required account information.

Timing may vary depending on account verification and the order queue.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Your Z.ai account must be active and verified.
• If you already have a paid subscription, contact us before ordering to confirm eligibility and the activation date.
• Renewals or billing-cycle changes may take effect after your current subscription ends, according to Z.ai’s rules.
• Provide accurate login information and avoid changing it while activation is in progress.
• Each purchase covers one account and the selected plan and duration.
• The purchased subscription period begins when the selected plan takes effect.
• Supported tools share your plan’s usage allowance. Five-hour and weekly limits apply.
• Models, features, usage limits and availability are governed by Z.ai and may change.
• We do not add a separate payment-processing surcharge to the listed price.

🛡️ SELLER WARRANTY & SUPPORT

✅ Warranty covers the purchased subscription period.
✅ If we cannot activate or deliver the selected subscription, we provide a full refund.
✅ If the subscription we activate is canceled or disabled during the covered period, contact us through the order chat. We will work to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy, including compensation or a refund.
✅ If a covered subscription becomes unavailable and cannot be restored, a refund of at least 50% of the amount paid for that subscription is guaranteed.

Warranty excludes buyer-caused issues, misuse, platform policy violations, loss of account access and unauthorized account changes.
