📜 How to buy Calibers?

Before purchasing, you need to:1. Go to the Nexon website — https://www.nexon.com/main/ru
2. Register an account or log in via Google, Facebook, Apple (any region)
3. Click on your profile in the upper right corner and go to “Account Settings.”
4. Go to the “Linked Accounts” section and under “External Connections” click “Link/Unlink Account.”

Link your primary platform: Steam or PlayStation
6. Link Xbox.
❗️ ATTENTION ❗️ Check which account you are linking so that you do not specify a different account when paying.
⚠️ If an error occurs when linking Xbox due to the absence of an Xbox account, go to xbox.com and log in to your Microsoft account.

1. Select the number of Calibers from the list.
2. Enter your login (email) and password for the Xbox (Microsoft) account you linked on the Nexon website.
3. You may need a code that will be sent to your email to log in to your accounts (check the chat after purchase).
4. Wait for the Calibers to be credited within 24 hours.
⚠️ Attention! New Microsoft accounts may be
frozen a few days after creation. To restore access, you will need to create a foreign phone number and receive an SMS code. To avoid this, enable two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app:

If your account is still frozen, we will not be able to purchase calibers for you. Please make sure that you can log into your account on microsoft.com before paying — if you have access, then everything is fine with your account.
If you purchase calibers for a frozen account, we can either wait until you regain access or refund you partially, with a 20% deduction from the payment amount.
⚠️ Refund terms:
📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller did not fulfill the terms of the transaction or did not fulfill them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller's fault.
📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You ordered a product for a different gaming platform; in this case, a refund is only possible before delivery to your account (no refunds will be issued after delivery).
3. Any other reasons for a refund.
