🌎 Account region — any, no region change required.

⚠️ You do NOT need to have the game in the Microsoft Store/Xbox.

1. Select the number of Cells from the list
2. Provide your Xbox (Microsoft) login (email) and password that you linked to the BHVR website
3. To log into your accounts, you may need a code that will be sent to your email (check the chat after purchase)
4. Wait for the Cells to be credited within 24 hours.

⚠️ Attention! New Microsoft accounts may be
frozen a few days after creation. To restore access, you will need to create a foreign phone number and receive an SMS code. To avoid this, enable two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app:

If your account is still frozen, we will not be able to purchase cells for you. Before paying, please make sure that you can log into your account on microsoft.com — if you have access, then everything is fine with your account.

If you purchase cells for a frozen account, we can either wait until you regain access or refund you partially, with a 20% deduction from the payment amount.

⚠️ Refund conditions:

📍 A full refund will be issued if:
1. The seller did not fulfill the terms of the transaction or did not fulfill them in full (different from what was purchased).
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment, and the order has not been fulfilled due to the seller's fault.

📍 A refund of 80% of the purchase amount (20% deduction) is possible if:
1. You purchased the product but changed your mind and decided to return it before delivery.
2. You ordered a product for a different gaming platform; in this case, a refund is only possible before delivery to your account (no refunds will be issued after delivery).
