According to Steam rules, this set cannot be sent via trade; it can only be sent as a gift. Gifts can only be sent to a friend 30 days after adding them as a friend.
How it works:
1. You pay for the item and include a link to your Steam profile in your order.
2. Within 5-10 minutes (in rare cases, up to 24 hours), you will receive a friend request on Steam. You must accept it.
3. A 30-day waiting period (Steam limitation) begins once your request is accepted.
4. Delivery: On the 31st day, within 24 hours, the pack will be automatically sent to you as a gift and will appear in your Dota 2 inventory. You don't need to accept any additional steps.
Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Why can't I send it right away? — This is a Steam limitation: the gift button for new friends only becomes active after 30 days.
Do I have to wait another 30 days for my next purchase? — No! If you've already waited 30 days and haven't removed the seller from your friends list, future packs will be delivered within 1-2 days.
Important: Your account must have trades available on the gift sending date. If you change your password or unlink your Mobile Authenticator less than 15 days before the gift is sent, the trade will be blocked and the delivery will be delayed.
