2️⃣ Click your profile image in the upper left corner of the game's main screen
3️⃣ Your profile page will display all your basic game information, including your User ID and Server ID.

Refunds. Once Rainbow Cards have been sent, refunds are not possible. If an incorrect User/Zone ID was entered and the balance was topped up, a refund is not possible.
If you canceled our service before topping up, a refund will be issued minus the fee.
