A GRAVEGROUND OF POSSIBILITIES
Prowl through abandoned laboratories, harsh landscapes, and security outposts to reclaim all that remains of the lost expedition. On Tau Ceti, death lurks everywhere: unique enemies, dynamic events, and inhospitable environments. The difficulty ramps up in each zone to prepare you for the expedition to the OXSZ Marathon, soaring through the skies.

Six Runner skins provide the foundation for different playstyles, such as Destroyer, Scout, and Thief. Collect an arsenal of modifiable weapons, implants, and core system upgrades to create countless builds. Before each run, carefully consider your squad composition and formulate tactics for each encounter and mission.
ENEMIES EVERYWHERE
Brace the unknown in a squad of two or three Runners, or in a solo lobby. You can also infiltrate ongoing team sessions as a RUK – a lone scavenger with no starting gear and nothing to lose. To fight common enemies, forge uneasy alliances with rival Runners via nearby chat, but beware: new allies are capable of betrayal. Fight without mercy: a lone survivor can revive their entire squad.
Later in Season 1, participate in competitive matches to showcase your skills and gain glory.
INFLUENCE IS POWER
Establish contact with six rival factions, each willing to spend generously to expand their influence across Tau Ceti. By completing their contracts, you build up your base strength through seasonal upgrades, such as Runner shell upgrades, enhanced starting gear, expanded storage, and specialized goods in exchange for excess loot.
RECONSTRUCTING THE TRUTH
No one knows what happened a hundred years ago when the Marathon expedition lost contact. You've infiltrated OCZ-controlled territory and have a unique opportunity to reconstruct the story. Delve deep into the colony's depths and uncover the dark secrets of Tau Ceti's past.
DEATH OVERHEAD
As soon as the path to orbit opens, assemble your most powerful build and head to the first deck of the OCZ Marathon, the cryo-archive. To unseal the frozen vaults and retrieve the artifacts, you'll need to hack the security systems by solving raid puzzles.
