🟢Delivery process for Microsoft (Xbox):
1️⃣Send the username and password from the Xbox account.
2️⃣Expect delivery.
❗ The service is provided during the store’s working hours.
The service completion time is from 5 to 240 minutes, depending on the queue, but no longer than 24 hours.
WORKING HOURS: from 10:00 to 22:00 (Moscow time)
❗ If you placed an order outside the store’s working hours, please wait until it opens.
❗ Support responds only during working hours.
❗ Refunds: a partial refund is issued (25% is withheld) if:
– the item has not been delivered and the customer cancels the order;
– the order does not match the description or selected option;
– delivery cannot be completed due to the fault of the Xbox service or the customer;
– the item was purchased outside working hours and, after the store opens, the discount on the item in Xbox has ended.
In all other cases, NO REFUND is provided.
