How does the order process work?
- Before payment, you must provide the correct link to your Steam profile and your account region
- After payment, we will send you a friend request
- Accept our friend request
- The game will then be sent to you; all you have to do is accept it
Instructions for activating a Steam Gift:
1. Download and install the Steam client - http://store.steampowered.com/about/
2. Create a new account or log in to an existing one.
3. Copy the link to your profile and enter it in the field on the website after payment.
4. Wait for a friend request from us and accept it.
5. Activate the gift from us in your library.
6. After activating the game in your library, wait for the files to finish downloading.

Return Policy:
1. Once the game has been successfully sent, returns are not possible.
2. In the event of a technical error on our part during delivery, you will receive a full refund.
3. Returns requested by you are subject to a 20% processing fee. Important! We cannot issue a refund if the game has already been sent to you.
