Purchase and delivery of any game or DLC from the official Meta Quest Store to your Meta Quest / Oculus Quest account.

IMPORTANT

You are purchasing a service for purchasing a game or DLC from the official Meta Quest Store.

Before placing an order, please make sure that the game or DLC is available in your region and compatible with your device.

HOW TO ENTER THE PRICE

In the USD amount field, enter the price of the game or DLC shown in the official Meta Quest Store.

If you want to purchase multiple games or DLCs, enter their total price.

Examples:

Game costs $60 → enter 60

Game costs $40 + DLC $10 → enter 50

Two games: $40 + $30 → enter 70

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

After payment, send the following information in the order chat:

1. Name of the game or DLC
2. Your Meta @username or the email address linked to your account

Either option is sufficient.

@USERNAME:

Meta App / Quest Home → your @username next to your name

EMAIL:

Meta App → Menu → Accounts Center → Personal details

Please carefully check your account information before sending it. The @username or email must belong to the Meta account where you want to receive the game or DLC.

DELIVERY METHOD

After the order is completed, you will receive an activation code (Redeem Code).

To redeem the code:

1. Open the game or DLC page in the Meta Quest Store.
2. Click “⋯” (More Options).
3. Select “Redeem Code”.
4. Enter the received code.
5. Confirm the redemption.

After successful redemption, the purchased content will be added to your Meta account.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed manually.

Orders are usually completed within 5–15 minutes after receiving all required information.

If you place an order during nighttime hours, simply send the required information in the order chat. The order will be processed during working hours.
