Refunds and disputed orders

If a top-up is not delivered due to our fault, or a mismatch with the order is confirmed, we refund 100% after checking the order status. For a buyer mistake or change of mind, an 80% refund is available only before the top-up is completed and only if the order can still be stopped; the 20% deduction is a seller term, not a GGsel fee. Once the correct top-up has been credited to the account specified in the order, cancellation for a change of mind and transfer to another account are not available. A refund for an incorrect ID, server or region is not guaranteed: we first check delivery and whether the order can be stopped. Do not place another top-up while the status is unresolved. Contact the seller through the order correspondence. Non-delivery and mismatch claims remain available after completion; mandatory GGsel rules and applicable buyer rights remain unaffected.
