📌 Where to find User ID and Server ID:
1. Open the game and tap on the avatar in the top-left corner.
2. Your IDs are displayed under your nickname in the following format: 12345678(1234), where the first is the User ID and the second is the Server ID.

⏰ Support working hours (MSK):
🔖 Monday–Friday: from 10:00 to 19:00
🔖 Saturday–Sunday: from 11:00 to 12:00 and during the day if possible

If an order is placed after 19:00 on weekdays, delivery is moved to the next business day.
If an order is placed on weekends and is not delivered before 12:00, delivery is also moved to the next business day.
