❗️ What you need to do after payment:
1️⃣ Send any message to the seller in the order chat:
📧 You will receive your login and password for your account in response.
2️⃣ The plugin will already be purchased on your iLok account; you only need to activate it on your PC.
⏳ Oeksound delivery time:
Average delivery time: 15 minutes – 4 hours.
⚠️ Delays of up to 12 hours are possible due to time differences.
❗️RULES OF USE / PROHIBITIONS❗️
1️⃣ Changing your account login and password is prohibited.
2️⃣ Activating other plugins on your account is prohibited.
⚠️ If you do, your account will be immediately terminated without a refund. You can only activate the purchased plugin and use the license.
🛡️ Guarantees and returns:
✔️ We guarantee delivery of the Oeksound plugin within 12 hours of payment (Monday through Friday). The process may be delayed on weekends.
✔️ Account warranty is 30 days from the date of purchase.
✔️ If any issues arise, we will try to resolve them as quickly as possible.
✔️ At your request (if the problem isn't ours, for example, if there are issues with issuing an iLok account, you don't want to wait, and 12 hours have not yet passed), we can issue a refund minus 30%.
💡 The commission is 35%, of which we will reimburse 5%.
⏰ Hours:
We are open from morning until late evening, starting around 10:00 AM and ending around 11:00 PM. However, please note that our hours may vary.
If your order is placed outside of these hours, pickup will begin the following day.
