### Credit System Guide for Resellers

The **Credit** is the balance used to activate or renew subscriptions. Instead of paying for each subscription individually, your account is funded with Credits, and every activation or renewal deducts a specific number of Credits.

### How It Works

🔹 **1. Top Up Your Balance**

* Purchase Credits from your supplier.
* Your available balance will appear in the dashboard.

🔹 **2. Activate a New Subscription**

* When adding a new customer and selecting a product, a specific number of Credits will be deducted.
* The required Credits vary depending on the product and subscription duration.

🔹 **3. Renew a Subscription**

* When extending a customer's subscription, additional Credits are deducted based on the renewal period.

🔹 **4. Track Credit Usage**

* The **Credits Issued** section shows the total Credits that have been used.
* This helps you monitor sales performance and calculate profits.

### Example

Suppose you have **500 Credits**:

* New Subscription Activation = 20 Credits
* Subscription Renewal = 20 Credits

If you activate 10 customers:

* 10 × 20 = 200 Credits used

Remaining balance:

* 500 - 200 = 300 Credits

### Tips for Resellers

✅ Monitor your Credit balance regularly to avoid running out during customer orders.

✅ Keep a reserve balance available for urgent renewals.

✅ Follow up with customers whose subscriptions are about to expire to increase renewal sales.

✅ Track your Credit costs and selling prices to accurately calculate your profit margins.
