3) Provide your in-game nickname and let us know which items you want to purchase from the store
4) Delivery takes place within 24 hours (provided that we have been friends for at least 48 hours on Epic Games

⚠️ Refund policy:

📍 We will issue a full refund if:

1. The terms of the transaction have not been fulfilled by the seller or have not been fulfilled in full (purchased) volume.
2. More than 24 hours have passed since payment (delay caused by the seller).

📍 We will refund 20% less than the amount spent if:

1. You purchased the product but decided to return it.
2. You purchased the product for a different gaming platform (the product has NOT yet been delivered to your account. We do not issue refunds after the product has been delivered).
3. Any other reasons for a refund.
