You receive an activation code for Steam for $30 (USD).
Activation instructions:
1) Login to your Steam account https://store.steampowered.com/account/redeemwalletcode
2) Click on the account link “Your Username” in the top right corner and you will be directed to your account.
3) On the right side of your User Data page there is a blue box that displays the current status of Wallet Balance.
4) Directly under Wallet Balance, there is a link to enter the code from the card and credit it to your Steam wallet.
