Login Instructions:
1. First, open the Creative Cloud desktop application and enter the email address provided to you.
2. Creative Cloud may ask for a verification code. To get the code, log in to or in an incognito/private browser tab using the same email address and password.
Note: If you have trouble logging in to the email account, you can download the Outlook mobile app and try logging in from there.
3. If you receive an “account locked” warning, you can regain access by completing SMS verification.
4. After entering the verification code in the Creative Cloud application, you may be asked to create a new password. You can set your own new password at this step.
5. After continuing, Adobe may ask for details such as first name, last name, etc. You can fill in these fields randomly and continue.
