Grok and Cursor draw from a shared weekly usage pool. Your allowance refreshes weekly, and the amount consumed depends on the features and models you use. Third-party models in Cursor may incur additional usage charges.

🛡️ Refund Policy & Warranty

80% Refund Before Delivery: If you change your mind before the subscription is delivered or activated, you may request an 80% refund.

No Refund After Activation: Once the subscription has been delivered or activated, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

Subscription Warranty: We provide a warranty for the purchased subscription period, covering subscription-related issues within our control.

Account Suspension Exclusion: Warranty and refunds do not cover account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or terminations caused by the service provider's decisions, account activity, security checks, IP/device environment, or violations of the provider's terms of service.
