Account and Refund Policy
We are not responsible in cases where your account is blocked, suspended, or restricted in any way if the provider does not issue a refund.
If your subscription disappears and the provider (z.ai) sends a refund confirmation email, please forward that email to us. Based on the amount they actually refund, we will process a refund to you equal to 80% of the refunded amount (within the first month only).
For cases where there is no invoice, refund email, or official refund notice from the provider (z.ai), we are unable to take responsibility or provide any refund support.
