Warranty and replacement

If Codex does not accept the provided number or the SMS code does not arrive due to a technical reason, let us know immediately. We will check the situation and provide a replacement. If a working replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued.

The warranty covers only the provision of a suitable temporary number and the transfer of the received SMS code. The decision regarding registration, activation, or account restriction is made directly by Codex.

Refund conditions

A refund or replacement is possible if:

• we were unable to provide a number;

• Codex does not accept the number and no working replacement is available;

• SMS did not arrive due to a technical reason while following the instructions.

No refund is provided if:

• the active SMS code has already been transferred to you;

• the code expired due to a delay on your part;

• you entered the wrong number or used it outside of Codex;

• you independently requested multiple codes and received a restriction;

• you left the chat and did not complete the activation during the rental period;

• activation failed due to account limitations, region, special software, previous registrations, or Codex rules;

• you changed your mind about using the service after the number was handed over.

Once the active SMS code is delivered, the service is considered fully completed.

Additional information

The temporary number does not become your property. After the rental ends, access to it ceases, and it may later be reassigned by the rental service to another user. Do not use such a number for account recovery or anywhere permanent SMS access is required.

The service is intended solely for activating your own account and must be used in accordance with Codex rules.

Refund before issuance: -25% platform commission from the paid amount.
