📌 **How It Works**

1️⃣ Choose the top-up amount.

2️⃣ Pay for your order.

3️⃣ The selected amount will be credited to your Steam Wallet in **US Dollars (USD)** if your Steam account uses the **USD currency** (USA, CIS countries, Turkey, Argentina, and other Steam USD regions). We cover the Steam Marketplace fee, so you will receive the exact amount you purchased.

📄 Your Steam Community Market must be enabled.

**Requirements for topping up your Steam Wallet via the Steam Community Market:**

1️⃣ Your account must have spent at least **$5 USD** on Steam within the last year, and at least **7 days** must have passed since your most recent purchase.

2️⃣ An active **Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator** must be enabled for at least **15 days**.

3️⃣ Your Steam inventory must be set to **Public**.

4️⃣ You must not have changed your password or the device linked to Steam Guard within the last **15 days**.

5️⃣ Your account must not have any **VAC bans**, including bans in **Team Fortress 2**.

🔴 Due to Steam policy changes, funds received after selling an item on the **Steam Community Market** may be temporarily placed **On Hold**.

⏳ In most cases, the funds become available after approximately **30 hours**, although in some cases the process may take up to **48 hours**.

This is a standard Steam security measure to prevent fraud.

❗ Unfortunately, we cannot influence Steam's processing time.

📢 **Refund Policy**

✔️ Once the Steam Wallet has been successfully topped up, **refunds are not possible**.

🔄 If the transaction cannot be completed due to the customer's fault (for example, the account does not meet Steam Community Market requirements, has Team Fortress 2 restrictions or a VAC ban, the customer changes their mind, or places the wrong order), a refund will be issued **minus a 20% processing fee**.

💡 If the transaction cannot be completed due to our fault, **a full refund will be issued**.
