📌 How It Works

1️⃣ Select the top-up amount.

2️⃣ Pay for your order in RUB.

3️⃣ The selected amount will be credited to your Steam Wallet in Russian Rubles (RUB) if your Steam account region is Russia, Crimea, DPR, or LPR. We cover the Steam Marketplace fees, so you will receive the full amount you paid for.

📄 The Steam Community Market must be enabled on your account.

Requirements for balance top-up via the Steam Community Market:

1️⃣ Your account must have at least 5 USD in purchases during the last year, and at least 7 days must have passed since your most recent purchase.

2️⃣ An active Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator must be enabled for at least 15 days.

3️⃣ Your inventory must be public.

4️⃣ Your Steam Guard device or password must not have been changed within the last 15 days.

5️⃣ Your account must not have any VAC bans, including in Team Fortress 2.

Complete the payment using any available payment method.

After payment, send the unique code that appears on the order page in the chat with the seller.

Orders are usually completed within 15 minutes during our working hours: 08:00–20:00 MSK.

Orders placed outside working hours will be completed as soon as we are back online.

🔴 Due to Steam policy changes, funds received from selling an item on the Steam Community Market may be temporarily placed on hold.

⏳ In most cases, the funds become available within approximately 30 hours, although in some cases the process may take up to 48 hours.

This is a standard Steam security measure designed to prevent fraud.

❗ Unfortunately, we cannot influence Steam's processing time.

📢 Refund Policy

✔️ Once your Steam Wallet has been successfully topped up, refunds are not possible.

🔄 If the transaction cannot be completed due to the customer's fault (for example, the account does not meet Steam Community Market requirements, has Team Fortress 2 restrictions or a VAC ban, the customer changes their mind, or selects the wrong product), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction from the order amount.

💡 If the transaction cannot be completed due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
