📢 Refund Policy

✔️ Once your Steam Wallet has been successfully topped up, refunds are not possible.

🔄 If the transaction cannot be completed due to the customer's fault (for example, the account does not meet Steam Marketplace requirements, has a Team Fortress 2 restriction or a VAC ban, or the customer changes their mind or places the wrong order), a refund will be issued with a 20% deduction.

💡 If the transaction cannot be completed due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
