You can check your account region at this link: https://store.steampowered.com/account/. Or, in the "Account Information" section, in the "Country" field of your Steam account.
2. If your account is NEW or has never been topped up before, your account region may change after topping up.
3. Make sure you have correctly entered the login information for topping up your balance. Replenishment is made using your Steam account login. If you enter an incorrect login, your funds will not be refunded. Your login is what you use to sign in to your Steam account.
4. DPR, LPR, and Crimea: Before making a deposit, log out of Steam wherever it's open and turn on airplane mode on your phone with Guard for 30 minutes. This minimizes the chance of being blocked during regional payment verification. However, even this is not a 100% guarantee.
5. If you enter an incorrect login and the deposit has been made, a refund is not possible.
6. Occasionally, the deposit amount may vary by around 1% due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please take this into account.
